Reporting a Claim

Harford Mutual offers customers a 24-hour claims reporting line. This toll-free line offers policyholders, agents, and claimants the ability to report claims at their convenience, and allows non-business hour emergencies to be addressed in a timely manner. The ClaimLine telephone number is 877-445-5826, and is for reporting of new claims only.

Any status requests or other inquiries (i.e. what is the claim number, who is the adjuster/examiner handling the file, etc.) should be made to the Bel Air office during business hours. ClaimLine personnel are unable to answer these questions and simply refer the caller to the home office.
