T. Rowe Price
Theodore M. Alexander III is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with nearly four decades of experience in the investment industry. His career began at E.F. Hutton & Co. in 1985, followed by a move to Alex. Brown & Sons in 1990, where he specialized in equity analysis. He later transitioned into portfolio management, co-managing $3.5 billion and sole managing $600 million in assets.
Alexander founded Credo Capital Management, serving as CEO for 10 years before joining T. Rowe Price. He currently serves as Head of Global Integrated Equity at T. Rowe Price, leading a team that integrates quantitative and fundamental approaches to deliver innovative investment solutions.
For more than two decades, Alexander has contributed to nonprofit organizations such as the Baltimore School for the Arts, Gilman School, Living Classrooms Foundation, and the Baltimore Community Foundation. He later transitioned to private, for-profit boards and currently serves on the boards of Baltimore Equitable Insurance and Chesapeake Employers Insurance, where he has held key leadership roles, including Audit Committee Chair, Nominating Committee Chair, and Investment Committee Chair.
Alexander earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. An Atlanta native, he now resides in Baltimore City with his wife of 35 years. They have three adult sons. Outside of work, Tedd is an avid golfer and a passionate follower of Formula 1 racing.
As a Director on the Board of Harford Mutual Insurance Group, Tedd serves on the Investment and Governance Committees.

Donald C. Fry is a respected leader in business advocacy and public service, best known for his two decades of transformative leadership at The Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC). The GBC is the Baltimore region’s most prominent business organization. Serving as President and CEO from 2002 until his retirement in 2022, Fry guided the organization through significant economic development initiatives, education and workforce development programs, community revitalization projects, and public safety strategies aimed at reducing crime and expanding access to drug treatment programs. Prior to his tenure as CEO, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing day-to-day operations and spearheading efforts to strengthen Baltimore’s economic competitiveness.
Before joining GBC, Fry built a distinguished career in law and public service. From 1980 to 1999, he practiced law privately in Harford County. His legislative career included service in the Maryland House of Delegates (1991–1997) and the Maryland Senate (1997–1998), where he earned recognition as one of the few legislators to serve on all major budget committees of the Maryland General Assembly. His leadership roles included Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation and the Environment and membership on the Capital Budget Subcommittee. Fry also represented the House on the Governor’s Commission on Management and Productivity, contributing to statewide efficiency and governance improvements. In the Senate, he served on the Budget & Taxation Committee.
Fry was elected to the Harford Mutual Insurance Group Board of Directors in 2005 and currently serves as Board Chair (since 2023). He has chaired both the Compensation and Governance Committees. In his role as Board Chair, Fry serves on all board Committees, bringing strategic insight and fiduciary oversight to the organization.
Throughout his career, Fry has been recognized for his ability to bridge the worlds of business, government, and community, driving initiatives that foster economic growth, enhance public safety, and strengthen civic engagement.

Sandra L. Rich is a seasoned C-suite executive and attorney with over 30 years of leadership experience in corporate legal, M&A, real estate, regulatory compliance, and governance. She has held senior roles at a Fortune 100 company and a top international law firm, notably serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Financial Services. Rich led compliance and ethics programs, advised the board, and managed regulatory relationships across insurance, banking, investments, and financial services.
Rich’s career includes leading legal teams through major transactions and crises, directing governance for hundreds of entities, and operating her own law practice. She is recognized for her expertise in board communications, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
Rich is active in community and professional organizations, including leadership roles with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio and co-founding the National Association for Diversity in Compliance. Her achievements have been featured in “The Women’s Book” and “Inside Counsel Magazine”.
Rich earned a Juris Doctor, with honors, from The Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Akron.
She became a member of Harford Mutual Insurance Group’s Board of Directors in 2022, where she Chairs the Compensation Committee and contributes to both the Governance and Audit Committees. Previously, she served on the Risk Committee.

President
Abigail E. Smith Associates, CPA, P.A.
Abigail E. Smith is an accomplished financial professional and the semi-retired President of Abigail E. Smith, CPA, P.A., based in Baltimore, Maryland. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland, Smith has more than 40 years of public accounting experience providing comprehensive financial, consulting, and tax services to small and medium-sized businesses. Her practice has a strong industry focus on automotive, particularly automobile dealerships, where she is recognized for her expertise and strategic guidance.
Smith is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Beyond her professional practice, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in nonprofit governance. Smith served as a Trustee of Associated Catholic Charities (ACC) from 2003 to 2012, contributing to the organization’s mission through roles on the Executive, Finance, Audit, Investment, and Incident Review Committees, including chairing the Incident Review Committee. She also served as a Trustee of The Odyssey School, a private institution dedicated to educating children with language learning differences, where she chaired multiple committees and completed a two-year term as Board Chair.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, Smith earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with high honors.
Smith was elected to the Harford Mutual Insurance Group Board of Directors in April 2003, where she served as Chair of the Audit Committee for six years and contributed as a member of the Investment Committee. Abbey also served as the Board Chair (2019–2023), becoming the first woman to hold this position in the company’s history and guiding the organization with strategic vision and fiduciary oversight.
