Harford Mutual Insurance Group Named to RISE Elite 50 Internships List for Second Year in a Row
For the second year in a row, Harford Mutual Insurance Group has been named to the RISE Elite 50 Internships list. Rising Insurance Star Executives (RISE Professionals) released a list of the top 50 internship programs in the insurance industry across the U.S., and our program was recognized as being one of the best.
Since 2013, more than 40 young professionals have interned in multiple departments at Harford Mutual, including Information Technology, Underwriting, Actuarial, Accounting, and Marketing. Harford Mutual’s Internship Program runs each year from June through early August. During the eight-week program, interns work with employees and managers within their departments assigned and have the opportunity for direct interaction with senior leadership. A total of 14 interns have become full-time employees.
