Harford Mutual Insurance’s General Counsel and Director of Compliance, Geneau Thames, Esq. has been appointed to the State Ethics Commission by Governor Larry Hogan.
Geneau will be one of five commission members. The commission meets approximately six times per year to discuss policy and enforcement matters. Geneau’s appointment was one of 124 “Green Bag” appointments made by the governor in February.
