Harford Mutual Insurance Group Honored with NAMIC Award in Innovation Category Win

Harford Mutual Insurance Group has been recognized by the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) with the 2025 Award in Innovation: Best in Category/Adaptability for its internal video series, “News in 90.” This award was presented during NAMIC’s 2025 Management Conference and highlights the company’s commitment to innovative, employee-focused communication.

“News in 90” is a bi-weekly video series that delivers the top three company stories in just 90 seconds. Developed by Harford Mutual’s Marketing Department and produced by Multimedia Specialist Anna Lignelli and Marketing Communications Specialist Emily Cavey, the series was created to strengthen internal communication and foster greater employee engagement.

The NAMIC Award in Innovation celebrates mutual insurers that demonstrate vision and agility in a rapidly evolving industry. Harford Mutual earned the Overall Award in Innovation in 2021, underscoring its continued leadership in innovation.
